HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY POLL: OBANIKORO’S SON SHUTS DOWN IKOYI

Supporters of Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro (IBO) in their thousands have taken over Ikoyi axis of Lagos State in solidarity towards Saturday’s governorship and House Of Assembly election.
Ibrahim, son of the Minister of State, Foreign Affairs, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro enjoys popular support and goodwill of the Eti-Osa people because of his humility, decency and large heartedness and he is poised to represent Eti-Osa 2 state constituency.

Over 50 vehicles with supporters carrying different placards and banners are currently dancing around the local government area sensitising the people on the need to come out en mass to vote and defend their votes on Saturday.
Addressing newsmen, Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro said he is humbled by the overwhelming support he has recieved so far and the massive turn out of his supporters. 
He expressed optimism that he would win the election, and that this time, he would be declared winner.
He added that his supporters are ready to stay back after casting their votes so they can observe and report irregularities. 
IBO as he is fondly called urged INEC to come with result sheets to each polling unit so that the result would be publicly written and recorded by all the party agents.
He urged his supporters to remain calm in the face of intimidation and threats knowing that they would be victorious at the end of the exercise.
The candidate assured them of quality representation at the Lagos State House of Assembly with a promise to empower his constituents.
