Oby Ezekwesili reacted to the audio tape of the Oba of Lagos threatening Igbos. She said she was shocked that people were clapping while the Oba spoke.
Nollywood actress, Joke Silva replied her saying that means the Igbo leaders understood the context. In essence,they knew the OBA didn't mean those words to be taken as threats.
